Venice Square Preparation
As you probably know, the laws do not allow foreigners to possess land. However, according to the law, you can establish and possess a Italian company, which can own the land that comes with the property. Considering this, after you send deposit and reserve a property (house, apartment, office, store, land, etc.), we will register a Venetian company, owned by you, which will buy the chosen property. The company can be owned by one or several people (like a married couple for example). For company registration we charge 560 euro (this includes all the taxes and fees).
