Bulgarian property has truly swept quite success on British real estate market this year, Bulgarian National Radio reported quoting BBC.
Holiday houses and apartments are preferred for purchase by Britons as they see real estate in the Balkan country the ideal investment.
"It is just a herald of the boom to come," according to Robert Jenkin of Bulgarian Dreams, a British real estate company dealing with Bulgarian property sales. He has been even organizing seminars on the Bulgarian property market during the biggest Property Investor Show at the ExCel Centre in London.
Jenkin believed that the interest of Britons toward Bulgarian property could be explained with the anticipated EU entry of the country in 2007, the rapid economic growth, the established tourist industry and the national currency pegged to the euro. |
